Shipping:

Please allow 7-14 business days for us to complete and ship your order.
It will be shipped to you by registered air mail via Israel post, and we will provide you with your tracking number.

Shipping times:

Within Israel: up to 5 business days, door to door delivery
To the US: 1-2 weeks.
To Europe and everywhere else: 1-3 weeks.

Cancellations:

We accept cancelations within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Returns & exchanges:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us, and we will instruct you on how and where to send your return. We will send you a full refund, not including shipping costs, after we get the item back in the same condition we sent it.
